Here's how to make Matcha Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cashews
  • 1 cup of organic wholegrain oats
  • 1/2 cup dates (pitted & densely packed)
  • 2.5 tsp Ceremonies matcha powder
  • 3 tbsp boiling water
  • Pinch of salt

Method

Place the cashews and oats in a food processor and blend until you reach a roughly powdered consistency. Add your dates, matcha powder, salt and 2 tbsp of boiling water and blend until your mixture has clumped together into one big ball. Start with 2 tbsp of boiling water and add more if the mixture needs it. Roll into balls and store in the fridge!
