Preparation

Scoop 1/2- 1 tsp of Ceremonies matcha powder into your favourite cup.

Add 75mls of hot water (80°) and whisk until frothy with no clumps.

Add 250mls of hot water or your favourite milk.

For iced matcha, add ice to your whisked mixture along with 250mls of cold milk.

For a sweeter taste, add 1/2 tsp of natural sweetener. We recommend honey or maple syrup!
Pro tip: When using an electric milk frother or steamer, add your matcha powder before heating.
